How to use your 2Lock
The Silver cable is located on the top of the lock and attaches to the luggage handle; the Green cable is threaded through the zippers and then locked into place. The Red cable is available for Security Agents to relock your luggage if it has been searched and the Green cable has been cut per instructions provide by 2Lock to Security Agencies.
Prior to Traveling:

Open your 2Lock, read and follow all instructions in the order they are presented.

Locate the ID number found on the back of the lock. Register at 2Lock.com a few days prior to traveling. Free travel service is only good for 30 days from first registration date.

Your 2Lock has 3 cables, the long Silver cable attaches to your luggage handle, the Red cable is for TSA use only and the Green cable is for you to lock the zipper.
Prepare Your 2Lock for Use and Setting Your Personal Secret Combination:

Set the 3 numeric dials to 0-0-0, the factory preset combination.

Insert the reset tool into the top of your 2Lock, near Silver cable.

Push and hold the reset tool in while resetting the 3 numeric dials to your secret combination. Make sure the numbers are centered and have clicked into position. BE SURE TO WRITE YOUR COMBINATION ON YOUR WALLET CARD.

Check the operation of your 2Lock by inserting the Green zipper cable into the locking hole and release it by pressing the blue button.
Attaching Your 2Lock to Your Luggage:

Open 2Lock with your secret combination

Open the Silver cable (by pushing one end toward center of hole) and attach to luggage handle. Place TSA tag on this cable.

Pack and zipper your luggage. Remember to pack your replacement cables

Bring zippers together and thread Green cable through the zippers and lock in hole on the same side.

Insert the Red TSA cable into the center key hole. This hole has no locking device and simply holds the TSA cable for future use by TSA after inspection. DO NOT INSERT THE RED TSA CABLE INTO THE LOCKING HOLE to see how lock should look prior to traveling.

Reset number dials to any combination other than your secret combination.

Your 2Lock is now set and ready to go through TSA security inspections.
Replacement of Cables:
What Your 2Lock will look like if it has been Inspected, Pilfered or Manipulated.

If your luggage has been opened, the Green zipper cable will be cut and the Red cable will be relocked by a TSA official.

You will need to open your lock with your secret combination and remove the cut cable and dispose. Inspect the contents of your luggage, if something is missing make a claim with the carrier immediately.

Insert a new Green cable into the ready position where the old one was cut.

Open the Red cable and put back into the ready position, the center hole

Your 2Lock is now ready for another use.
Keep your wallet card on you at all times during travel as this provides you with your ID number, combination and Travel Assistance phone numbers.
Remember you must register your 2Lock online ONLY a few days prior to leaving for your trip, and enter the ID# for full use of all Travel Assistance Services.
