In general, all sales are final. The exception to the rule is listed below regarding Damaged & Inoperable products.

You will be asked to provide a description of the problem. At this time we will issue you a Return Authorization Number. We will then instruct you to repackage the item and return it to the return address provided on the packaging. A replacement, if applicable, will be forwarded to you upon receipt.
